Infinite Tower Artifacts

Chest Probabilities
Here are the probabilities on the artifacts that you can acquire on chests during your Infinite Tower run:
Common - 40%
Uncommon - 30%
Rare - 20%
Legendary - 10%

What artifacts can be taken outside the tower
Every weapon except one and besides this, just one potion that should be able taken outside the tower but its bugged so it won't be included in the list but more on it after.
Here is an alphabetical list and a at the end of the list I will write a bit more about that missing item and potion.

You will notice that the one weapon that is missing that you can't take out the tower is the Magic Snow Shovel.
If you are wondering what potion I was talking about before, I am referring to the Magic O'Berry. In the description of this item it says you can exit the tower with this item, which right now isn't the case.
We believe that this item is bugged so when it is able to exit the tower, expect this note to be removed and it to be added to the list.
